Older Latina lady took my order at the drive-thru, I ordered a LARGE Monster Angus Thickburger combo. After I paid at the window, she asked me if it was a medium combo, to which I replied ?large?, and she said ?okay?, then asked if I wanted a Dr.Pepper, to which I responded ?No, Coke?. She obviously wasn?t paying attention during my original order and ended up giving memedium Fries. Not the biggest deal, just annoying to deal with someone so disinterested.
On August 23, 2019, I had a wonderful experience at Carl's Jr. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken tenders, and I observed that the restaurant is always kept clean. The customer service was excellent during my visit. My only complaint was that the French fries were cold. However, I wasn't too concerned about it since I was really hungry at the time. I'll definitely pay closer attention to that when I check out the menu on my next visit.
Very disappointed poor customer service I went inside to place my order. Staff ignore me so I left to jack in the box. It was a large order $120) that's why I went inside restaurant. To save delivery time. Have a question for you. Can you afford tolose customers in this economy. Our crew will go elsewhere to buy food. Maybe training your staff better will build up yourbusiness. Remember Carl's Jr has competition!
I dined at Carl's Jr. on June 6, 2022, and encountered the new manager, Martha. She was very friendly, which was a nice contrast to the previous manager, who was rather unpleasant. I appreciated how quickly my order was taken and that it was freshly prepared. Overall, it was a great experience! Réservez une table maintenant
Exsau (Saul) is truly the best employee to ever work at any Carl's Jr in the history of the company. As long as he’s there, I will continue to visit. He embodies exceptional service.
This place is awesome! They can create custom shakes in any flavor you want, like chocolate salted caramel or a chocolate Oreo shake.
Over price!!! Fries cold , my chicken sandwich cold. My wife famous star was a mess. I'm never going there again.
