Carl's Jr. has declined since the nearby headquarters relocated. Although they renovated the space and added outlets at the tables for charging phones or using laptops, this feature only lasted a few months. After 7:30 PM, much of the dining area and the soda machines are closed. The surrounding area often has many questionable individuals and homeless people nearby. Orders frequently have mistakes, and sometimes lower-quality substitutions are made, like replacing special buns with regular ones or a smaller patty instead of the advertised larger size. Hopefully, the new community college nearby will bring in more customers and better-trained, well-paid staff to help improve the experience.
This is the original Carl's Jr., the place where this fast food chain began. The building is spacious and fairly modern. Although the restaurant wasn't crowded during my visit, I felt it would have been nice to have more than just a plain portrait of the founder on the wall. A special menu item to celebrate the origins of Carl's Jr. could enhance the experience.
I arrived at 9:50 PM on Friday, and the hours of operation indicated that they were open until 10 PM, but the doors were locked as if they were closed. I attempted to speak to someone at the drive-thru, but it seemed like they didn't want my business. I had two hungry kids with me and a long walk back home. I was extremely disappointed with this location.
This restaurant feels like a premier location. The name of the street it's located on enhances its charm. Everything is flawless—immaculately clean and delicious. Even the restrooms are kept in great shape. If only every Carl's Jr. could match this level of quality!

Fast, efficient got my order correct. Only down side: onion rings were under cooked needed another minute in the fryer. We're a light brown, should have been a golden brown. Turned out soggy and a little raw in the middle.
Carl's Jr. is the best choice for late-night cravings. The food was spot-on, and the service was great.
This place can be inconsistent. Sometimes they prepare your food correctly, other times they don’t.
