Carmine's Rosemont

I made this reservation for a business dinner with my manager on the recommendation of a friend who lives in the Chicago area. I had asked for a high quality but reasonably priced restaurant appropriate for a business dinner that was close to the O'Hare airport, and he recommended Carmine's Rosemont. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Carmine's Rosemont and would go back without hesitation. We both ordered the burrata and prosciutto salad, which was flavorful and refreshing, followed by the ribbons bolognese, which was the star of the show. Outstanding food, our server was attentive but not intrusive, and the overall ambiance of the restaurant was great!

I am not usually one to buy labels because a lot of time, a high quality name not always equal high quality experience. That was the case with Carmines. The food was average, but the prices were excessive. The service was average, but the ambience was right. Did a Linguine dish really earn a $34 price day? Unless there is a small Italian grandmother who rolls fresh pasta through the pound load, I don't think so. Okay, maybe the linguine had some clams on it... If you have a few Benjamins, check this place.

Carmine is not disappointed. Crawled on Wednesday night, but the ambience is not beautiful. Good food with big portions. Our server was really good, we had a small problem where our water was not refilled if necessary, but unlike that it was really a night to remember. Certainly recommend

It was our first time at Carmines and we ate underneath the outdoor area and enjoyed the temperature and ability of the manager to alter the roof based on a weather conditions that had changed.Food was excellent along with the service. Réservez une table maintenant

Our server was the best. The seafood appetizer is a must to get. It is perfect and enough for 2-3 people to share. They didn't have the chicken dish on the menu, but accommodated to make it, and it was made perfect.

I ate at the bar and loved her. Both bartenders were friendly and timely and not insane. Very good size shares and amazing aromas. The ambience is perfect and the location is also.

Service was terrible, very slow and took 30+ minutes to even get drinks. The noise level was very high and it was difficult to hear each other talk at our 4-top table.

Very good food and service. A bit on the pricey side. Watch for that 3% nondescript surcharge that can be removed if requested. Réservez une table maintenant
