Carrabba's Italian Grill

Here for dinner during the COVID-19 Pandemic curbside ordering was the call for the day!!! As we pulled up, a young lady, we later found out her name was Asia, greeted us informed us of the procedure. She provided menus let us know she'd return to take our order. Ordering was easy. I opted to hop out the car place the order at the take out door. Another young lady helped me there advised of the wait time. Our food was delivered PIPING HOT to our car; we paid for our food headed home to enjoy. Glad we were only a short distance away because we were HONGRY ready to EAT!!!! Ordered the Chicken Marsala Family Bundle on line, and it was ready to be picked up 25 min. later. Timing was great. When we arrived it was hot and ready for us. Service was fast and friendly. There was plenty for 5 adults, 6 pieces of chicken, plenty of broccoli, Caesar salad for everyone, bread and oil w/seasonings . We chose the broccoli as a side and made our own pasta at home. Thanks Carrabba's staff for a good dine-out experience!

Food was good. Pickup didn't work out for me. Employees didn't seem to know what was going on. I was told it must not be ready because if it was ready, it would have been in a bag by the door. I called in 2 Family Bundles an hour a half earlier, to be picked up at 7pm. Dinners weren't ready until 7:15. I had to come in twice to check on order. I wanted to take tip back.

Don?t be fooled by the family bundle. Says feed 4-5 but really only feeds two. The salmon is cut in half to count as one. Then if you order an additional meal expect for your order to be missing something. Curbside is the only amazing thing about this restaurant.

My boss ordered food for my family. We had spaghetti and meatballs and Caesar salad. She added soup too? The food was delicious. I didn't know about this place, though I often saw the restaurant. The food was great. Thank you?
