I really enjoy Carvel's ice cream, and I appreciate the atmosphere there as well! However, there's just one issue. The service is quite poor! The staff at the counter seem to allow random teenagers to come in and take as much ice cream as they want without paying. It's frustrating!
I ordered the Brathirsch, and the only downside was that I had to eat it quickly to prevent it from melting. The upside is that now I can't wait to come back for more! I really wish we had a place like this back in North Carolina. The staff was friendly and the service was great.
