Worst service ever! There is a KAREN that works there; she was very rude to me when all I wanted was a extra topping that I was going to pay for. Stay away from this specific Carvel, especially if you don’t want to be disappointed.

we're going to this one as long as I remember. ice is always fresh and tasty. they have a new pistachio soft serving that is delicious, they get the pistachio flavor without the nuts. we always go to this carvel.

The singular employee at the restaurant handed me a dirty napkin that she had used to clean the counter, making eye contact as she did so. Her attitude was not friendly at all.

Conveniently in the neighborhood, but no one is friendly. They seemed bothered when you walk in. Too pricey for too little customer service.

Good had the cake we needed and very friendly in this location but no parking only at the meters so it's hard to find parking
