If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered $70.00 worth of food for my coworkers and myself. I added an extra order while in the store. They left out the extra order and then called me a liar on the phone. Then said I can do it fine. An hour past and no call or show. Then I call and they say they called 3 times which is bull cause I am waiting to eat my lunch!!!. Then I call to check and the ill mannered hangs up on me!!! On me a customer who just paid $70 freaking dollars for food from them!!! And the worse part is that we tipped them $8.00 while waiting in the location for the food. The quality of the food was simply delicious! The packaging was fantastic! The flavors were incredible—unbelievably good. I always get the Sweet Burger Luxe, which comes with sausage and pineapple, along with an Horchata and soft tacos. Everything is so delicious, especially the burger! I typically order through Grubhub, and this restaurant consistently has fantastic deals. I'll definitely order again, and I hope to visit the restaurant in person one day!
