Carvel - Réserver une table

I guess I have to give 1 star at least to write this review. Awful place and terrible customer service. You would think if you go there often in the summer they would at least be nice to you. Apparently I ordered my ice cream for my kids and he told me that the guy that hasn’t walked thru the door is next even though he hadn’t open the door yet or was even in the same building and told me he couldn’t take my order. So I told him thanks I’m not ordering anymore. Really rude to adults and kids. Looking through the reviews everyone says the same thing. So why do we continue to buy from this awful carvel place. Carvel is not what it used to be. Ordered a CMP and they didn't know what I was talking about. I'm pretty sure Carvel invented the Chocolate, Marshmallow, Peanuts sundae and now it's not even on the menu. Clerks were clueless and not helpful in the slightest. Sad to say we're not rushing back.

This is the first store that I've seen that the owner isn't child friendly. He was very stern with the kids and wasn't any better with the adults. I'd rather drive to another store where the kids can have a good experience purchasing ice cream...

They don't even fill up their cups of ice cream, absolute joke.
