The dark green icing on the cake was so potent that all ten guests and I ended up with dark green lips, mouths, fingers, and nails. Despite washing with soap, the color wouldn't come off. To make matters worse, everyone experienced dark green stools for three days straight, with some guests, including myself, suffering from upset stomachs. When I raised this issue with Ms. May, I received a lackluster apology. I will definitely not be ordering from this restaurant again. Not recommended!

The store is so clean, absolutely amazing, it exceeded our cake vision. I had cake for my daughter?s party, she even got to write the word on the cake herself, everyone in the party is more than satisfied. I been told it is under new management and brand new machines just made ice scream so delicious. We went back 3 times, not only is the ice scream delicious, the service was very friendly and great. Will keep coming back!

They don?t want to honor coupons. Poor management. Also when you cut open their cakes, the have severely reduced amount of crunchies and vanilla. They always skimp out on toppings as well. Pathetic, trying to cut corners and charge the same price as others. Will not return, going to the farther carvel in smithtown on principle. Avoid at all costs.

they don't want to honor coupons. poor management. even if they cut off their cakes, the strongly reduced amount of crispy and vanilla. they always shy on the beats. shamed, tried to cut corners and calculate the same price as others. will not return to the further carvel in the low-rise town on principle. avoid them at all costs. I ordered a custom cake with a picture on it and it turned out wonderfully! The image was exactly as I had asked for. The ice cream was deliciously fresh and creamy, with a generous amount of crunchy toppings in the cake's center. The store is always bright, clean, and welcoming whenever I stop by.

vanilla and chocolate ice cream is way too sweet, almost like frozen icing on a cake. The after taste of this way too sugary ice cream made me slightly light-headed

Staff there are very friendly and polite. They make it feel more like they care then just doing a job. Always busy. Clean and inviting atmosphere
