So I ordered a cake in person yesterday. The woman who was helping me was beyond nice and went out of her way to help me. She told me that since she would be hand drawing the image on the cake, she did not need to charge me for a picture. I give this restaurant five stars for cleanliness, but only one star for customer service. This is the only location I've ever visited, and the soft serve I received looked nothing like the pictures shown when I placed my order. When my order arrived, it was poorly made. The heavier-set man with glasses seemed indifferent to my concerns, whereas his coworkers were more attentive to their customers. I won't be returning to this place again.

Five stars for cleanliness and 1 for customer service. This is the ONLY location I?ve ever been to and the soft serve serving was way different than the advertised photos when making a purchase. When I received my order all orders were poorly made. Theheavy set guy with glasses was indifferent to my concerns even while his co workers were more considerate to who they wereserving. I usually don’t leave negative reviews because I understand how much one poor rating can impact a business. I’ve visited this Carvel Express location three times since moving into the nearby apartments. A word of caution: be sure to check your order carefully before you leave, as they won’t fix any mistakes afterward. There is one employee who is incredibly kind—she was there the first time I visited and really stood out.
I never really put reviews but i had to this time. Whoever worked at feb 19, 5:30 pm (a male) charged me wrong and i could obviously tell after i got my drink. Charged me for a chillatta when i got iced coffee. Im not going to fight over few bucks but it is very unprofessional. He did not even give me a receipt to hide it until i asked for it before I left. Nice try though
Looks like there has been staff turn over or perhaps new ownership. The register is plastered with multiple signs no $100 accepted, no gift cards accepted, no outside food. Staff seems somewhat dry. Not the most inviting location but the Carvel products are always excellent.

Carvel offers exceptional ice cream, particularly their soft serve, which is unmatched. Their ice cream birthday cakes are also fantastic!
