Some of the best pizza around. But the reason I came here to write a 5* review is from a recent experience that could have been a disappointment but was completely turned around by the staff. There was a computer glitch or something and my pizza order didn’t come through and hadn’t been started yet when I arrived with my two hungry kids. Staff immediately apologized, grabbed a coupon for a free pizza, and then offered some donuts to the kids to tide them over while the pizza was being made. We went out to sit in the car for a bit to eat donuts and wait for the pizza to cook. Then right as I was about to head back in to grab the pizzas I look up and the same team member was bringing the pizza...
Possibly the worst coffee I've ever had. The pizza was overly greasy—enough to lubricate a bicycle chain—and undercooked, making it a total waste of money. I considered getting ice cream, but there were no cones available. The place was messy, with garbage everywhere. Here’s a tip for getting coffee: use a large cup to pour the coffee, then transfer it into a medium or small cup—you'll be amazed at how you won't spill a drop with this trick! The cashier was friendly, but sadly, that's the only positive aspect of this place.
At Casey’s in Rochester we like to be accommodating to everyone . We are for the customers and we are always striving to make each customers experience a great one . We have our regulars and our new comers and I hope that our great food and customers service does you justice . We appreciate you all .
Shame on the owners! Water used for fountain and coffee is straight from a well, no filter. No warning. When I took a sip, I almost gagged. Poor clerk had to explain the source of the taste but couldn't offer a refund. Don't give this place your business!

Sallie at the register extremely rude and condescending. Register freezes and blames the customer for putting card in to early. Will never be stopping here again.
The service was great and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and skilled. I would definitely come back again in the future.
We ordered the pizza and it was really good. Probably one of the better tasting in the area. The chicken tenders were also delicious.
Very rude and unpleasant lady behind counter. Do yourself a favor and find a Kwik Trip, they?re much more friendly and helpful.
