I’m disappointed to leave a two-star review, but it’s necessary. I’ve always loved Century Bakery and usually get their products from the school where I teach. This was my first time ordering for myself, and I found their customer service lacking. The two stars aren’t for the product itself— the cupcakes and cinnamon rolls I ordered were delicious. However, I ordered two colored cupcakes for a pick-up on my way to work, but when I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. They had to rush to ice the cupcakes, which ended up messy and not what I ordered. This is what Century donuts call an eclair? Ever since centuries has exchange hands and had new owners there baking goods are not the same. I always get a stale hard doughnuts. Went at Easter time and got Easter bunny donuts eclairs and there was a squirt of filling in declares. You would think they would shoot some filling on the ears and face. As you can see in the picture that I just posted barley and filling. I got this doughnut today around 4pm there’s barley any filling in it and when I cut it was hard as a rock. You could hear the crunch when I cut it. I think they have lost a customer I keep giving them chances and coming back and I keep getting the same results. I was century bakery...
We have been going to Century Bakery for over 40 years but the last couple of years has been horrible. Cakes, cupcakes and donuts are never fresh always staled. Employees are unfriendly, the bakery is dirty the Ernest family must be disappointed how the bakery is being ran now.
They serve some solid bricks. Needs improvement. How is it 30 degrees outside but there's still bugs flying around in the open bakery? Owner needs to take some initiative to clean this place up and improve it

Best white cream donuts love them and great atmosphere. Every time you walk into the bakery it just brings you into that old fashion feeling of what a bakery would have been like in the 1800s.
We absolutely love Century! I've been visiting since I was a child. Without a doubt, Century offers the freshest and most delicious baked goods anywhere. Nothing beats a Century birthday cake!
The doughnuts are pretty good. They are a bit dense but the flavor is good! The staff are nice and the service is usually pretty quick.
Running late for work? Swing by Century and grab a dozen. No one will give a sh!t your late. I swear. They have a drive thru.
