One visit was enough; I won’t be going back. I ordered a cheesesteak, cheese fries, and a soda. To start, the Coca-Cola was completely flat and lacked any flavor. The cheesesteak itself was tasteless, with even the cheese sauce being unseasoned. The cheese fries were soggy and equally bland. The portion sizes were disappointing too, as the fries came in a very small box. We also tried the chicken wings, which were overwhelmed with BBQ sauce and had a strange, overpowering taste, plus they were full of fatty bits. It was a waste of a dinner. Yuck. Additionally, good customer service makes a big difference, and there's a significant lack of it here. Just wanted to point that out. Best wishes.
Save your money! I initially wanted to order a cheesesteak, but when I noticed the beef sitting out behind the counter being prepared on a regular surface instead of a refrigerated station, I had to rethink my choice. The beef looked like the cheap frozen kind, all squared off with white paper in between. This is unacceptable for the prices they charge! I decided to go for the wings instead, but they turned out to be bland and extremely dry—definitely either frozen or reheated. Plus, they were overpriced. Honestly, you could make something much better at home. If I could get a refund, I would! This has been a major letdown!
We ordered via computer at work...for delivery. We had to change something prior to placing the order..and the delivery reverted to pick up...which I did not note until the order was completed. I call the store within 45 seconds. They could not help me leftme hanging for over 10 minutes...I was told I had to cancel the order and then redo it. I had to wait to get the phone number tocancel ... then another person came on...asking can I help you? He was no help. Thank goodness we had someone go and get theorder. But not using them or their app again...nothing special
I spent $32 on two small sandwiches that contained barely any meat, accompanied by some soggy, greasy fries. I definitely won't be visiting this place again! I wasted 20 minutes trying to crisp up the fries while my sandwich became ice cold. I found out that each small sandwich costs nearly $10, and the regular size is only about a third larger.

The cheesesteaks here are simply outstanding! The ingredients are always fresh, and the bread is delicious. I had the classic cheesesteak, the vegetarian option, and the loaded fries, all of which were fantastic. The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous. Without a doubt, these are the best cheesesteaks in the neighborhood!
It's really a takeout place though they have a few tables and chairs. The food is prepared on a burner realtime and with all the toppings the food tastes great. Not a place for those with hypertension or sensitive stomach. Just the high calorie, high sodium taste of street food, you know like from a food truck.

I ordered a cheesesteak with just jalapeños but received cheese instead. The bread was similar to Subway's bread. The boneless chicken wings tasted freezer-burned. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Ordered a regular size cheesesteak and was half made. Cook and manager blamed me for the meat shifting to one side, but I did not do it. Second time this place has given me attitude. Will not be
Love this place. My favorite. I only get the chicken cheesesteaks. The other ones are most likely good, but the chicken cheese steaks are amazing.
