One day we decided that we would try the ULTIMATE FRIES while we wait for the other store to open. Oooohhhhh my...... HEAVEN! I couldn’t stop thinking about how good it is, the balance of the flavor, the crispness of the fries, the melted cheese, ooohhh the bacon lets not forget bout the bacon bits. This is one of the best cheesesteak subs I've had in a long time. The meat was cooked perfectly—neither overcooked nor undercooked—and the roll was nicely toasted. The onions were cooked just right, and the fries were hot and crispy. Absolutely phenomenal and very delicious! The customer service was excellent, and the staff were really friendly.
We stopped at this place to get my son some French fries at 6 pm, as we were waiting my daughter noticed two mice come in and out of the wall. She notified me about it and as I went to go look I found a mice running across the floor.That’s disgusting! We canceled our order and got our money back. Never going there again!
I had been looking forward to this place opening, as their website stated they would begin serving at 11 AM. When I arrived at 11:15 AM, I noticed the gate was open, but I was informed that they weren't open yet. They really need to hire people who are punctual and eager to work.

The food is always made after you order it so you’re never eating food that has been sitting under a heat lamp. I never have any issues with the food or staff. They’re very friendly as well. Great Job Guys.
I had a wonderful experience at Charley’s Cheesesteaks. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. We were very grateful for their hospitality.
Three days ago I ordered a steak and cheese with lettuce and bacon on it. I’m quite sad because it tastes absolutely amazing. But I have food poising now and that was all I ate that day.
Ultimate fries were not the best (artificial cheese) , but my sub was delicious
