This is my third visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, it's been disappointing each time. I paid for wet lemon pepper wings the first two visits, but they were served dry. The lemon pepper wings lacked flavor and were just a mess. If I hadn't used EBT to pay, I would be even more frustrated, but since I didn't spend my own money, my disappointment is somewhat lessened. Honestly, these wings are a joke. While they are a good size, their saucing technique needs serious improvement. I understand this isn’t a specialized wing place, but hot wings should not look plain, especially when I specifically requested them to be saucy. However, I need to update my review as of December 2020. This restaurant used to be one of my favorites, but they've made some changes that I don't appreciate. I no longer like how they prepare their fries or chicken wings. Additionally, the young lady who used to work the register and who I really liked is no longer there. Unfortunately, the food isn't anywhere near as good as it was just six months ago.
The food was excessively greasy, and when I asked them to fix it, I was told they wouldn't because they're going out of business. It seems they have no loyalty to their customers. They really need to improve their offerings, including switching to crinkle fries and ensuring their frying oil is clean. I highly recommend visiting Wings 101 on Memorial instead; they have a health department score of 97.
ME AND MY HUSBAND TRIED THIS PLACE OUT OF THE BLUE,ON OUR WAY HOME.MANNN LISTEN LOL,OUR FOOD WAS ON POINT,COOKED FRESH AND STEAMY HOT WHEN WE GOT IT.THE WAIT TIME WAS PERFECT. WE'RE GOING TO MAKE THAT 35 MINUTE DRIVE JUST TO GET THIS MORE OFTEN!!!

They have revamped the menu and introduced Korean BBQ. However, they no longer serve crinkle fries and have replaced them with a cheaper option. The wings are smaller now, and prices have gone up. I've decided to stop going here.
I had a disappointing experience at Charlie's in Rockbridge. The restaurant was not clean, and unfortunately, I found bugs in my food. I would not recommend dining there.
The wings we received were only the size of a quarter, and for $9.99, we didn’t get any extras to compensate for their small size. What a disappointment!
I order from here every so often. Food is pretty good...pita bread is the BOMB Lol! They’re quick too! And I love the lady at the register.
