I had to go through the drive-thru twice to get my order correct. I was also charged for an item I never received. The cashier seemed to blame me for the mistakes instead of taking responsibility.

They have a new ordering system where an automated voice takes your order. It reminded me of that scene in "Dude, Where's My Car?" when the lady kept saying, "AND THENNNN."
