This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. We were staying in Helena for a few days and this restaurant was recommended online. It was not very busy when we came by which gave us time to lookover the menu. I had the Beartooth and it was truly one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Each sandwich comes with lots of chips and a little bowl of tomato soup which is also very good. If you are in Helena, you need to stop and get a sandwich. Coming from Arizona, these sandwiches are very reasonably priced $11 $13) and we would have easily paid $5 more for each sandwich.
Everything you want out of a grilled cheese shop! Fast and efficient service, a delicious pre-set menu, as well as build your own options. I had the caprese sandwich. It was a generous portion that was perfectly prepared. It was almost fall-apart full, but held together for the most part by the amazing amount of cheeses. If I were a local, I would frequent a minimum of twice a week.
Ate here for the first time and it was Amazing!! The sandwich and soup was so delicious and just the right amount to fill you up! I split my sandwich with a friend, and she gave me half of hers so we could try different ones. I had the gold rush with brisket and she had the golden nugget. I would highly recommend either one. All the food was excellent and the staff was wonderful!
Our food was hand delivered to our table even though they don't have wait-staff. Where else can you get a grilled cheese with bacon and a fried egg? The soup perfectly complements the sandwich. I really enjoy going out to eat here.

Food was great. Service was terrible. I think the girl who took our order was high on something and then the other worker sat on his phone behind the counter. Ordered a cup of soup and was given a shot. What a shame.
I have never had a bad meal at Cheddar’s. Whether you visit their downtown Helena brick and mortar location or encounter their food truck the in the urban wild, the sandwich will be worth your time.
Maybe they should spend less money on radio advertisements and more on things like ketchup and a baby changing table in the bathroom
My favorite sandwich shop! The Good Rush is incredible and the smash burgers are so delicious. Great service as well!

The food was great, the service was quick friendly and the building was nice and clean with lots of seating.
Great grilled cheese sandwiches, best around! Even better if you get the bread parmesan crusted!
