I am only visiting Tennessee and recently visited this Chick-fil-A with my grandson. Everyone from the young man in the parking lot, but moved the cones so I could park, James at the register, who not only took my order, but found a highchair for my grandson and George, who stopped by to say hello to my grandson and make him smile we left having had the best visit ever to Chick-fil-A. I don’t know how you do it but your customer service is phenomenal. Keep up the good work.
The place was a bit busy, as usual. The food was good. The cashier wasnt as cheery as Chick-fil-A cashiers are, but by no means wertr they bad at their job. I requested a large and only got a medium, but the environment was a bit loud, so I can understand if she didn't hear that part. Definitely know what to expect of the food, and it's always consistent.
Sydney made our ordering experience seamless as she was super helpful with changing an online order we’d placed. She’s an amazing employee deserves a shoutout! The rest of the staff were very kind and friendly also, and the food was great as usual. Love this location!

Always crazy busy and crazy good. I put them right up there with Southwest in getting people through a long line.
Food is always hot and fresh! I didn’t respond for “atmosphere” because I order on line and drive through.
I tried the new maple black pepper chicken sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious!
