So I'm not the kind of person to normally write reviews, but I'm hoping someone sees this, I love chick-fil-A but the service at the location in Ashburn is just getting worse and worse, I frequently order online, and while some miscommunication and mistakesare to be expected, they've started getting my order wrong every single time now, it's getting ridiculous, it's never big enoughof a deal to get a refund but it is definitely not the service I'm used to at Chick-fil-A. Additionally are like napkins andsauce packets in short supply? Because I request them every time and the last like 4/5 times I ordered I haven't gotten any
According to some, Chick-fil-a is the best place for chicken sandwiches, amongst other popular menu items like macaroni and cheese, salads and milkshakes. The fried chicken is unique among other fried chicken restaurants, having a lighter, sweeter breading. Also, their customer service is some of the best in the fast food industry.
best place in town. The service is quick and friendly, the food is always delicious and fresh. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal.
It seems like the guy who take care of my order like to see more white people than latinos I have the bad feeling that he was very uncomfortable with us...

The customer service at this restaurant is fantastic, and the staff working on Saturday, July 2nd before noon were excellent and very friendly.
Consistently good food. A little more expensive than other locations but it’s good quality and portion sizes.
Fries were cold and half full, pickles on the sandwich but were selected to be removed from the sandwich.
Nice food and fast service! I just don't understand why they don't put sauce on the burgers.. :
