Recently, my husband and I experienced food poisoning from this restaurant. We suspect the meat may have been undercooked by the young staff. Despite this, the food accuracy has improved. However, we still often wait longer than expected at the drive-thru. The crew is friendly and efficient, but there are frequent mistakes with orders. This time, our kids' meal was missing chicken. Other occasions have seen missing toys or incorrect items. There is also a lack of courtesy for mistakes, such as no free cookie. Parking is limited and service is mainly take-out. Prices are affordable, but the food quality and accuracy can be hit or miss. We recommend the salad and fruit options.
Visited store first time in evening. There was no parking. Upon reaching counter, as the ONLY customer. Waited to be served or acknowledged for several minutes as I counted 8 employees were inside working. Upon order it took twelve minutes to bring food. It was fries were warm. Sandwich was good. Young man that brought food called name dropped off either no apology for wait. Counter person taking order seem indifferent. I have never poorly rated a chic fillet. This is it. Will avoid this location but haven?t lost faith this is maybe an anomaly. Will go to others
Today was the first time I was NOT satisfied with her food! My spicy deluxe chicken sandwich was anything but! It wasn't sharp, it was practically black! It has to sit under the heat lamps as long as the pickles were even devastated! It didn't have the usual heat, no spices. It was extremely busy. But at $23 I expect to have it fresh, and how advertised SPICY! I look forward to better of them when I go back! M
I love the food here. I also love how organized and efficient the employees are here. I dont however enjoy attitudes. It has been happening more often and I am hopeful that it stops. I understand how busy this location is. I still believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect. Regardless of how busy you are, it's not that difficult to put a smile on your face and make others feel welcome. Réservez une table maintenant
I went to this restaurant on 6/9/2022 and bit into this nugget that looked raw. I returned to the restaurant for a refund and I was told it?s a ?blood spot? and got refunded for 3 nuggets. Would you eat a nugget that looks like this? As a former employee of Chick-fil-A, I?m very dissatisfied with this restaurant and how the supervisor, Jasmine, handled the situation.
This is my favorite ****! I love the little cookie I share with my dog. He likes to get there because the employees always give him a contract. Even though it's busy, the lines are moving at a good pace, so you'll be on your way with your food soon. Then I have to go over and give my dog some cookies. Good dog.
I'm not going to another place in Pensacola anymore, not just this one. They took all good orders. Even though I and my family usually got our food after 7:00 and could do it again and again. No more good orders have taken me and my family away! Thanks for the years you used to make.
The store was organized and clean inside out. The bathroom was clean and even had mouthwater. The food was delicious. We were the 100. Customer of the day so that they arranged the cow bell and gave us 6 cookies to celebrate. It was a wonderful experience. Réservez une table maintenant
