Went to Chic-fil-A because when the Cardinals have a home game on a Thursday, you can wear Cards gear and they 'll give you a free chicken sandwich. They were super busy, but my cashier kindly asked how I was doing. I asked how he was doing and said I would just have the free sandwich with fries and a sweet tea. He said it was the easiest order he had all day, and when he gave me my food, he said, 'This one 's on me man! ' I was happy about a $3 dinner, but he made my day when he made it completely free!! Another reason Chic-fil-A is awesome. And you rock, Israel
I went through the drive thru and ordered a couple of meals and a kids meal. I got home and realized they had forgotten my kids meal. I lived a few miles away and wasn't going to drive back, but I wanted to call and let them know. When I called they had already realized they had forgotten it and offered to drive it to my house. I was blown away! When they arrived, they had the kids meal, 6 cookies and a coupon for a free kids meal! I cannot believe the customer service I just received! Thank you Chick-fil-a, you have a customer for life!!
I went there tonight, and I was given the wrong food which was not a big deal a simple mess up. The staff told me to keep it, remade the right food so it was hot. They also gave me a gift card for all the hassle. They went above, and beyond. Hands down some of the best customer service!
