My experience at the restaurant was disappointing as they did not provide the correct condiments despite my double checking with the attendant at the window. When I circled back through the order line, the staff member taking orders claimed it was not her problem and couldn't help me. She instructed me to drive through and inform them that I did not receive salt at the window, assuring me that the issue would be addressed there. When I asked if I needed to wait in line, she confirmed and we proceeded. Upon repeating our request for salt to the same person who initially said there was salt, we were asked if we wanted some. best cfa I ever have! political staff, immaculate dining room, delicious sandwiches and comfortable staff! from the first step in the door to the exit I always heard the usual answer from all in the uniform. all were eager to help, always busy and all had smiles! I was very impressed by the instrumental Christian music that plays throughout the load while I am dinning. all in all, in Chick-Fil-A resturanten all over the country dimmed, this load in lagrange, georgia is the best I ever was. I even stopped and said that to the manager in the service.

as always, chik fil a, will satisfy the customers. the half of our order was right, but not the other half. I didn't know until we were on the road for 5 minutes. no problem, just turned around and took it back. they realized where the mistake was made and made us eat fresh quickly! I still don't know why there was a living hugging around on the parking lot? Maybe it was a waffle house next door.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Son goes out there twice.. first time they added blue berries and cheese to a market salad? that I asked that they not add. Second time he comes home with the salad and there is no chicken on it? 2 locations in Lagrangeand neither one can ever seem to get it right. Top notch customer service is out the window. Do better!! this location had great services, hot eating (fries) and very clean inside. we traveled back from a fishing trip in alabama and needed after a long day on the water food. many parking spaces for the boat and they even made a fresh coffee for us. great job and we will stop again when we are back through the opposite. Thank you.

always a pleasant experience to stop from cfa for a quick bite. I have the bbq and speck fried chicken sandwich and it was as always excellent. waiting for our order was a bit timely, but nothing terrible and the drive thru runner gave us a freebie card as an excuse. large service

I had a great experience at this restaurant. While waiting in the drive-thru for my delicious chicken biscuit, a real chicken emerged from the bushes. It confidently walked around my car, unfazed by anything. It was the weirdest sight I've ever seen.
