The staff is great, inside is very clean, and even during rush times the waits usually aren't terrible, but there have been times when I ordered ahead and still had to wait. But I get it, and it's no problem. However, probably every time I go, something is forgotten. Oftentimes it's an extra fruit cup I ordered so it's usually easy to check for a bag then ask for one if it's not there. Today it was the extras for my market salads. As those are included in the price it was no big deal, but I feel like I shouldn't have to check my bags every time to ensure I have everything. Especially when I have my kids with me as they're already impatient enough having waited for the food.
My high expectations of Parkville location have dwindled away in the last few years and this doesn 't help. Found hair on my bun... Seriously!!! The Perry Hall location was kind enough to offer a replacement since I was pressed for time but it 's really time for Chic Fil A in this area to recapture the fundamentals the company is built on. They lacked any urgency and there was no genuine concern for the customer. Fries were cold. And what happened to my pleasure ? Customers still expect the standard that catapulted the company to the forefront.
Phenomenal place! The staff were polite, friendly, helpful and patient. I'm from NY so I'm not too accustomed to ordering and I had some questions and or doubts about what to get but they answered all my concerns and the food was made available within a 5-7 minute time frame. They are so well organized that it's to be commended/praised! God bless you all and see you soon one day.
This box is cool. The staff is not so inviting that they are in other places. Waiting for food is longer, even, constant. The dining area is nice. I like to eat at the outside benches when it's beautiful. They are also a little stunned with the sauces at this point. I asked about 3 sauces and the server looked funny. got a 8 piece at 2:32 and this is what i opened it to see , 5 nuggets and broken off crumb pieces, i hope that?s not what they count a nugget. the cashier jacquelah also gave the wrong drink at first and tried to convince me that i got a coffee instead of lemonade until i showed the receipt
There were at least 6 times and always had great experiences. Great service and great staff. The y have amazing food and the journey through lines are never long. Only the reason I had given him 4 stars would be for the long lines inside, especially during the school fundraiser.
