The manager John at this location is a 10/10. We can?t thank him enough for his kindness and for making us feel how we did. His entire team was warm, polite and made us feel welcome- especially Michael who first took our order. He even made me a specialcoffee for my long trip post meal. The whole team Pitched in to help us find our son?s missing stuffed animal and while wedidn?t find it, the effort put in was tremendous. We are unsure if someone in the community picked up a small stuffed black catat this location but we are offering a reward if anyone did and can mail it to us. I ordered my food for delivery and received a text message stating that my food had been delivered. There was nobody at my door and no food either. My food was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the restaurant and then the number specifically fordeliveries at 11:25am. I told them what happened and asked for a refund for food that was not delivered to me. They said they?dask the manager about my request. I did not hear anything, so I contacted them again at 3:40pm and was told that the morningmanager was gone for the day and would get back to me tomorrow. This is completely unacceptable. What is there to figure out? Nodelivery full refund.

The shopping center has a vibrant atmosphere, but it only has one main entrance and exit, which can be a bit inconvenient. The speed of order delivery was satisfactory, but I was disappointed to find that no fork was included with my takeout, which I needed for the grilled chicken sandwiches. Additionally, instead of having designated parking spaces, there are zones specifically for mobile order deliveries and pickups.

I place an order for approximately 25 to 50 chicken sandwiches each month for a security stand at a construction site. The staff is exceptionally patient and friendly. They open at 6:00 AM and have consistently had my order ready by 6:05 AM. Their efficiency is impressive. I am grateful for this team and the excellent service they have provided over the past seven months.
I wanted to try the Kale Crunch, and it was absolutely delicious! It’s a great option if you're feeling a bit hungry but still want something healthy. I didn’t pair it with the almond pack that came with it. The drive to get there was long, but the service was quick. They had five staff members working on order pickups.
I order about 25-50 chicken sandwiches once a month for a safety stand down on a construction site. Their staff is extremely patience and friendly. They open at 6am and they always have my order completed by 6:05am. They work effectively. I appreciate this team and the service they?ve provided me over the past 7 month.
When I left with my to-go order, I realized my fruit cup was missing the mandarins. When I went back to get a new fruit cup, they promptly gave me another one along with a card for a free chicken sandwich. Chick-fil-A’s customer service is truly the best.
