I will never return to this restaurant. As the only Black customer there, I experienced extremely long wait times, while others who ordered after me received their food before I did. This has happened to me the last two times I've visited. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a drink, and I am really disappointed with the service. Has anyone else had a similar experience at this place?
This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever visited! I've been to several different locations, but this one consistently messes up my order. It's reached a point where I won't be returning. They seem clearly understaffed, but that doesn't excuse forgetting standard ingredients that are supposed to come with a meal.
