Arguably the worst experience I've ever had at a chick fil a. The girl taking our order talked over us the whole time, assured us she had our order correct despite us questioning it because she was clearly not listening. We get to the window and our orderis wrong. Its an easy fix, but when we explain the mistake they argue between one another about whether or not to charge us morefor the missing item (mac and cheese instead of fries as a side instead). We didn't even ask for the missing sauces because wewere ready to go at that point. The boy at the window was polite for the most part and we got our food, but the way it washandled in a manner where we could hear the girl who took our order e...
As a customer who was not familiar with your menu, I didn't feel that I has a good experience. The cashier who took my order in the dt line had 3 years of experience that did not get me what wanted. I said I wanted a chicken sandwich with lettuce andtomato..... he up graded it to a deluxe .... I got fried chicken not grilled, which is what I wanted. There were pickles on thesandwich...which I didn't want but it was still edible. I realize it was fast food but I thought I'd get closer to wanted.
One of the best Chic fil A there is. They are so fast and you never have to worry about them missing something in your bag. It?s always there. Whoever runs this store needs to hold a class for every other take out restaurant. The food is always on point.Cheese sauce especially for the fries. Don?t miss that.
Chick-fil-A is always a great option. Don't be put off by long lines; it's their pleasure to keep them moving quickly (you'll be amazed! . Best chicken strips and chicken sandwiches, and the salads and fries are great too. Autumn spice milkshake wasdelicious, as is the frozen lemonade!
