Chick-fil-a - Réservation de table

The staff was very polite and helpful at the time of order and even when the drink lid popped off, spilling lemonade all over my truck. I ordered/picked up food for my entire office. When I got back to work, 20+ minutes away, I found my meatless salad was covered with bacon. I called to let them know, their reply was we will either replace or refund you IF you come back. That's nice! I'm still hungry! I will not be going back!

I visited the location inside of Citadel Mall on Saturday and surprisingly my experience was horrible. I ordered 2 eight count meals and my food was old as if it was sitting. So I returned it in order to be remade and it seemed like the fries were placed back into the grease again. I was frustrated and requested a refund. Chick-fil-a typically goes above and beyond for their customers,but I guess that depends on the location.

Chick-Fil-A at Citadel Mall Food Court in West Ashley is one of my favoriteChick-Fil-A locations in the area and a nice quick stop for a snack or meal while shopping. You'll do everything easily and quickly when you're on the go. This place is very well managed and the staff is organized and efficient when preparing your order. I had a really positive experience every time I was here.

I ordered through the app for the first time today and I have to say, Hunter at the Citadel Mall provided EXCELLENT customer service! They truly embody the spirit of service with a smile. Don’t forget to ask about the manager’s program! Réservez une table maintenant

I just want to say that George just was one of the most pleasant people to talk to. He took me and my sons order and was so polite and had the best personality! He made my day!!! Thanks george! Ps- the ice cream was sooo good!

I ordered a children's meal, and when I got home to give it to my nephew, I was really disappointed. There were hardly any fries, and the few that were there were overcooked. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

Shanda and George were fantastic! Definitely makes me wanna go back, even though I usually get food from two booths over. 11/10 service, would definitely come back just for them!

The staff was very nice with warm welcome at the entrance. The bathrooms were impeccable. The service was incredibly fast and my order was correct as every time. Réservez une table maintenant

Horribler customer service. Very rude. I'm not going back to this Chick Fil A. doesn't keep the brand up.
