In the hotel, which was connected to the restaurant, it was about 9:30. We call for pick-up and they refused to serve us because they closed at 10 o'clock. We decided to get a table. The servers were all very rude that the kitchen is closed. (Stop, they're giving 10 o'clock closing time at the door. We are regular guests of the hotel and that would have been a 3rd visit to Chili and we met the GM in the past. I will file a complaint with Corporate HQ and talk to management tomorrow. After a very long day of travel and a family member funeral yesterday. I felt a bit pampered with a nice dinner and a few cocktails. The fact that they were so rude to refuse to even take an order is disgusting....
The driver arrived on time, but the bag and her clothes smelled strongly of marijuana, which I found quite off-putting, even though I'm usually tolerant. The food was hot, although the steak for the Mix Match Fajitas was a little chewy. However, the skillet queso was fantastic! The guacamole was slightly brown but still tasted good. The onions and peppers were cooked just right—hot and pleasantly crisp.
I really liked having lunch at Chili's. It felt like home. Did I say home? Yes home. They were quick to wait on us and see this, they made sure we had drinks, and the waitress was quite patient with ice ordering our meals. She was even most helpful when it came to the children placing their order. I highly recommend this restaurant. If there were more than five stars, they would have all of them.
It was great to finally step out of the house and enjoy a meal at a restaurant again. The smokehouse combo was delicious, and the quesadillas were beautifully crispy with just the right amount of kick. The jalapeño cheese burst was pleasantly warm, perfectly balanced by the cheese. The only downside was the ribs, which were a bit oily for my taste. Réservez une table maintenant
It was nice to get out of the house and be able to eat at a restaurant again. The smokehouse combo was good. The quesadillas were nice and crispy with a little kick. The jalapeno cheese sausage was not queasy. It has a bit of heat to it that was balanced out by the cheese. The only thing that I didn't like was the ribs. That felt oily.
Restaurant is dirty. They tried to sit us at a table that had food on chairs. Moved to different table. Bathroom was dirty. They messed up our order then manager was rude about it and wasnt willing to fix the situation. We will never be back to this location ever again. Not even for carry out!
