Eventually, our food arrived, starting with the kids' meals. More plates trickled in afterward while we continued to wait. When my plate finally arrived, my food was cold while my partner's was very hot. The loaded potatoes were topped with congealed cheese, and my medium-rare steak was well-done on top and rare on the bottom—it looked like it had never even touched a grill. We've been coming to this Chili's for a number of years but haven't been there in the last couple years. Stopped in there on Sunday. Wasn't crowded and we were seated fairly fast. The hostess was very nice! She also got us our leftover boxes. Our server was also the bartender and she was nice and surprisingly attentive seeing as how she was making drinks and taking care of tables. The food seemed good (got the ribs chicken crispers combo my wife got the shrimp tacos). However, the place looked a little rundown and when I used the men's bathroom before we left I was amazed at how dirty it was. I arrived at Chili's with a friend for lunch. I wanted something different. Normally I get the chicken club tacos which are awesome. I decided on the Chipotle-Honey chicken crispers. I like honey but not on my food so I was taking a chance on this. Well, our food arrived... I cut a small piece of the chicken and all I can say is WOW! It was actually better than what I thought it would be. For those who don't like honey don't worry... You can't taste it at all. I would def. ordered this again!

Had a terrible experience. I ordered the full rack of ribs and got less than a half rack and one deer ate bone. The taste was awful also. Couldn't eat it. I called to complain and ask for a refund and they just ignored me and told me to call corporate. I'll never go back there again. No more chilis for me!
