I gave this restaurant a few chances, but I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The staff didn't seem happy to serve, and the wait times were excessively long, even when the place was not busy. The serveware was very dirty; you could feel the grime just by touching it. We also found something floating in a glass of iced water, which really says a lot about the cleanliness of the establishment. The food was the best part of the visit, but it’s not enough to make me want to return due to the overall experience.
I placed a pickup order, and my food arrived completely cold—not even slightly warm. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta, but it lacked any real spice; the seasoning seemed like it was just lightly sprinkled on the chicken. The garlic bread tasted bland, more like plain bread with no flavor. I also tried the chili, which was disappointing. It was overly salty, and the top appeared burnt, possibly from being microwaved or sitting out too long. I'm really frustrated that I left a tip for such poor-quality food. What a letdown!
I have ordered from this restaurant three times, and each time they forgot to include a corn on the cob. Tonight, I ordered an Old-Timer burger with cheese, specifically requesting no onions due to my allergy. Instead, they sent me a burger with no cheese and only onions on it. Seriously? I don't understand how they remain in business when it's clear that the management doesn't care about the quality of service their employees provide. It's really disappointing, and I will never return.
I really enjoyed the bottomless chips, soup, and salad for only $9.89 at lunch (the menu was recently updated; it used to be $9.19 all day). Plus, with the Chili's app, you can get a free fountain drink! The service was a bit slow, but the food was definitely worth the wait.

At Chili's Grill, I tried the ultimate smokehouse combo and a mix-and-match fajita with chicken and shrimp from their menu. Every dish was bursting with flavor and looked just as appetizing as it tasted. I’m giving this experience a full 5 stars!
The food is truly delicious. Both the steak and chicken are tender, and everything is bursting with flavor. The waiter is always friendly and attentive. However, the floors and windows could use a little more cleaning.
The food was excellent, and the service was fair, though we encountered different servers during our visit. I asked for an extra drink for my son, but it never came. Aside from that, everything was satisfactory.
I've been dining at this restaurant on Fridays for about a year now, and I have consistently enjoyed superb service.
