Came for a lunch break with my boyfriend, and honestly only the soup was good. Our server must of been new to the whole restaurant industry game, but she hardly came over to check on us and I don't know if there was even a manager on shift. The restaurant wasn't even packed maybe five tables the most and like few at the bar. We ordered some chicken and shrimp fajitas and Ribs with smoked sausage and corn on the stick with fries. My shrimp was burnt, the chicken was very plain; not to mention they brought out my sauces and sides for my fajitas like 15 minutes before our food was out. If zero stars would be an option that's what this place deserves. Waited over an hr to not even have our order taken. Per bartender (we sat at the bar) she was given 4 tables including us at the same time. Trying to be understanding we gave her time to at least bring us some waters. Instead she disappeared for about 15 minutes, probably even more, as we decided to walk out at that time. They had plenty of staff, just poorly organized, lack of training and the worst customer service. Plenty of managers in the facility all just walking around taking care of nothing. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT VISIT!!
Once we were seated, our server was polite and attentive. We were a larger party of seven, and our food arrived fairly quickly. However, it was served cold. The speed of service wasn’t the issue; unfortunately, the food quality was lacking. This isn't the server's fault; he did his best under the circumstances.
Overall, the long wait time in a mostly empty restaurant, combined with the disappointing food quality, leads me to believe this will be my last visit to Chili's. Even at a casual dining place, I'd expect the food to be hot when served, but that wasn’t the case here.
Our server was warm and engaging! Chili's focuses on comfort food. I recommend starting with the chips and salsa along with some guacamole for an appetizer. For the main course, the shrimp fajitas and any of their signature salads are excellent choices. Don't miss out on the pan cookie topped with ice cream for dessert. Prices are quite reasonable. The restaurant was busy, and there weren't enough servers, but overall, it's a fantastic place to dine during the week!

My husband and I came ro restaurant at 3pm for a late lunch. Service was horrible and when we finally got our food, it was just ok. The portions have changed tremendously. I ordered the original chicken crisper and now they are so small and easily overcooked. We are definitely taking a break from going to chili's.
We order the hamburger plate for my daughter and she enjoyed it. I ordered the sampler plate the fries were great but the chicken were to crispy and hard to eat and my moms ribs plate too. I did mentioned it to the waiter and took it back and exchanged it.A+ to the waiter, super nice!
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a full serving of shrimp, but I only received nine tiny pieces, which definitely wasn’t worth the price. The presentation was extremely messy as well. I will not be returning to this place. I’m really disappointed.
I always enjoy stopping by Chili's for some delicious food. The customer service is consistently excellent, and everything is clean and well-maintained. It's always a great experience!
