China Chalet - Réserver une table

So I've been here 3 times in the last 6 months or so. It always surpasses my expectations. The food is fantastic, and has a full drink and bar menu. The service here is so incredibly attentive, I'm often amazed how many staff they have working, I'm betting an average of 15 to 20, in restaurant that isn't huge at all. It's clean as well as beautiful inside and out. I've found it actually quite hard to find a good sit-down upper scale chinese restaurant that takes service, taste and the so important, cleanliness seriously. Hunan Taste does all these in spades. Fantastic place that you should definitely try. While it can be expensive, it's worth it IMO. PS. Try the soup dumplings!!!!!

Great service and beautiful venue for some of the finest quality Chinese food I have eaten. Beautiful in preparation and presentation, fresh and delicious. Generous portions and reasonable prices. Very unique dishes you might otherwise find in NYC in Chinatown, but right here in Florham Park! Can't wait to come back!

Wow! Eggplant in garlic sauce, homestyle tofu, noodles, scallion pancakes, steamed dumplings, sesame balls dessert. Just wow! Not too many veggie options but enough for to us come back again and again. Taste of the food was soooo good.

Eaten here quite a few times and decided to takeout this time. As always the food was fresh and extremely flavorful. We ordered chicken fried rice, 3 pepper chicken, tofu with pork and beef chow fun. Each item was great.

Place was empty when we walked in so the service was very good. Our dumplings were good, however the lo mein was not made to my liking. It was my first time here and I will definitely go out of my way again to come back.
