Addendum: I received a call from the owner and was made aware the employee wasn?t supposed to charge me for anything, due to it being a store credit based order. The owner, Dan, assured me I?ll be refunded and the situation was rectified. I appreciate the prompt response and great customer service provided to me by the owner. I?ll be ordering from there again in the near future. This place is a joke. I come here almost every day for lunch and get the same thing most of the time. Dan, the owner, is one of the reasons that sets this place apart and above other places in town. He makes you feel special because he not only knows me by name but also remembers my order. You can tell that he cares about his product and his people. He is constantly smiling and upbeat. He is always cleaning every table right after the customer leaves and making sure everyone is happy. I 've tried a few things here, but my two favorites are 'The Dip ' and the 'Lumpy '. Ordering Tony Boy's delivery has become a weekly staple in my house. I'm not someone who will typically order a salad, but my go-to is the chop chop sandwich with eggplant and Caesar dressing. It's basically a monster Caesar salad with thin, crispy eggplant on a sub roll. And it's incredible. We've tried a few other sammies and eat happily every time. Thank goodness they deliver all the way to Randolph, as there are no decent sub spots left out this way. Don't miss the fries or the vodka sauce, both are great.

First time ordering from here and it wasn?t a bad deal. On uber they had a buy one get one special? so I opted in for a very basic turkey and cheese. The packaging was sustainable, and the meats and condiments are fresh. The bread, on the other hand I just didn?t like.. it?s the hard bread; which is subjective but just isn?t for me. We put in an order for pickup and got everything quick and easy. The food was really good, we ordered a roast beef sandwich and an eggplant wrap with coleslaw and Mac salad and everything was great. I’m looking forward to trying more of their menu!

I ordered delivery but the sandwich I requested with multigrain bread was sent with regular whole wheat instead. Additionally, the eggplant was burned and they also forgot to include something in my order.

Love this place. Cutlet sandwiches are the best. My favorite is the West Coast. The avocado and chicken always taste so fresh. Can?t wait to try the whole menu. Réservez une table maintenant

Hands down the best sandwich spot in Madison. We order there weekly and had an event catered. Can?t go wrong with the entire menu.
