The owner and their son exhibited very rude behavior during my visit. When I requested additional duck sauce for my meal, they reacted angrily and refused to provide even two more packets. The management seemed to have a poor attitude and appeared more focused on making money than customer service. Additionally, I found the cleanliness of the establishment to be questionable. I haven't returned since this experience, and I don't plan to in the future. It also felt like there might be a racial bias in their treatment of customers.
Food is always authentic, fresh, and flavorful. I am a native New Yorker and am particular about my Chinese food. I have been in west orange since ‘08. This place never fails me, except on Monday, when they’re closed; That’s when I have to experiment with others, and realized that China King is my preference, and has become my go-to, for Chinese food.

The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. When I inquired about the size of a container, she chose to ignore my question and responded with sarcasm while I was placing my order. This experience was quite unsettling and disappointing, and as a result, I will not be ordering from them again. The customer service was very poor.

I always order delivery and it’s the same driver . HE IS RUDE . He doesn’t want to get out the car and actually deliver the food . Literally got an attitude with me on the phone saying “why don’t you come here “ as in to his car. Just rude .
I am very picky when eating out. China King is the best authentic Chinese food in West Orange. Food is delicious, always fresh people who work here are friendly. I would never eat anywhere else ??
I love this place, been going here since high school. The food is good, the lady in there always remember me and take care of me every time I come in.
The guy who grills deliberi is very delicate, he doesn't give you the order without first giving you a $5 to $10 tip ???
