I had a terrible experience at this restaurant on April 20th, 2024, at 4:30 PM. There was only one person serving while four others were just standing behind her supervising. The service was extremely slow, and the staff member had a complete lack of urgency; she came off as rude and arrogant, which is surprising considering her job involves preparing burritos. To make matters worse, my food was cold. This message goes directly to the management—either they don’t care or they lack the ability to train their staff properly. The Chipotle at the mall is far superior.
We usually love Chipotle and order from them often without any problems. However, this recent experience was very disappointing! The meat was mostly fat and gristle, leaving us to discard more than we could actually eat. To make things worse, we found a large piece of gristly chicken in our queso dip! Why would there even be meat in the queso dip? The preparation was lacking, and the quality of this order was not up to par. We may have to think twice about ordering from Chipotle again.
I ordered a quesadilla, but what I received looked more like a burrito. There was no cheese, and the tortilla wasn’t grilled. Instead of a quesadilla, I got a half-folded raw tortilla that wasn't even rolled up like a proper burrito. My selected sides were just thrown inside, rather than being served separately as shown in the menu pictures. Honestly, I’m not even sure how to describe this dish!
The food handling at this restaurant is quite poor. Their process seems disorganized, resulting in everything being hurriedly thrown together in just 30 seconds. It’s clear that there is no training on proper food handling, as they struggle to wrap burritos without creating a mess.

I absolutely love burritos, and this restaurant does not disappoint! Although it's not fully vegan, they provide a great selection of vegan options that you can add to your burrito, bowl, or salad. Everything is vegan-friendly except for the meat and cheese choices available.
