This is the worst Chipotle location in America, and I avoid it at all costs. The food is consistently prepared incorrectly for pick-up, the restaurant is dirty, and the staff is incredibly rude. Employees often seem more focused on their phones than their work, and I frequently see half-eaten meals left on tables for hours. Trash goes unemptied both inside and outside the store for days. The manager, Gino, is exceptionally unhelpful and rude. On March 16, 2024, he even closed the store early. I attempted to place an order for delivery through the Chipotle app, which charged my card, but when I called the store for clarification, I was met with rudeness. I ordered delivery from this location, and it was the worst Chipotle order of all my days. On top of forgetting half the ingredients in the bowl (and tumbling it? Seriously, look at the picture), the guacamole was also literally just crushed avocado with skin mashed in. See the other picture, it's a large chunk of (inedible) skin. To top the whole order, the tortilla was just balled up and smashed together, the chips were stale, and the rice was burnt and stuck together in large chunks. The restaurant often only accepts mobile orders, requiring customers to wait outside and pick up their food through a window. There are no workers near the window, so customers have to knock on the door to get their attention. During my last visit, my mobile order was scheduled for 11:30, but I didn't receive it until 12:25, taking up my entire lunch break. Despite my attempts to confirm my order's status, the staff said they couldn't check. This location seems to struggle during busy times, and I waited nearly an hour just to ensure my order wasn't lost. Unfortunately, the rudeness of the staff has made me hesitant to return, even though it is conveniently located near my workplace.

Worst service...Pic #1 is the order and picture 2 and 3 is what I got. For $15 this bowl should simply just look better. I had 4 pieces of lettuce , no queso in my bowl at all, the sour cream was very think and clumped together. The app says chips are not available but when you get there they are, but you cannot use your points for them b/c there scanner won't take it . Called the store once I had seen this but you know what happened NO ANSWER... I will NOT BE GOING BACK Réservez une table maintenant

Go to a different Chipotle. This one has literally never gotten one of our orders correct. Paid $10+ for this meal but only received 2/4 items, absolutely no care was paid. Pictured here are my sad, half vacant tray (orange blob is my hot sauce) and the receipt from the outside of the bag VERY clearly listing the beans and rice I ordered. Unacceptable.

Avoid using mobile orders at this restaurant. It's better to order in-person instead. Despite placing my order online, I arrived a few minutes after the pickup time only to find that my order wasn't ready. I waited for 15 minutes, watching them serve other customers who came in after me. It was only when I complained that they began making my order.

Horrible! If you guys are about to close a little advice would be not rush orders and leave items out that people paid for. My burrito had none of the things I selected on There they totally forgot all three of the tacos I ordered I?m very disappointed and won?t be ordering again

Quite an exquisite experience. The two good chaps who attempted to recreate my childhood dream of having a combination of a rice bowl and soup. Outstanding customer service. We saved quite a bit of many too. A lot better than my @subway sandwich
