This place is the WORST! Do not recommend like at all. They give you two scoops of rice and one scoop of meat. But the thing is… we are PAYING FOR IT. I mean for $10 a bowl i think O deserve more than 2 grains of rice . They serve the food as if they want to save it and take it home at night. As for cleanliness… it’s very dirty, counter is always filled with food residue and they do not care whatsoever. The staff was alright before but they keep changing it up and it’s getting worse each time. I can’t do this again so we are officially done with this location and it’s service.
The dasher delivery service from this restaurant was excellent. Despite being very busy, the dasher took the time to text me and inform me about the status of my order. The food was also excellent. I appreciate Chipotle's consistency, and the portion size was even better than I expected. I didn't have to pay for any extras. The only complaint I have is that the burrito bowl I ordered was missing the brown rice, but with the generous portion size, my father (who was eating that bowl) didn't seem to mind. Overall, this is a great Chipotle!
Extremely disappointed with the meal that I ordered. The salad that I ordered only filled half of the bowl, nothing like the picture advertised on the website. There were literally just a few leaves of salad and some stems and only a few small pieces of chicken. The presentation of the salad was nauseating. I felt that I was eating salsa with guacamole and a lot of onions. I had some problems with this place before and never said anything but this is unacceptable. People need to start caring.
The burrito portions at this restaurant were disappointingly small, with the burrito itself being tiny and composed mainly of rice (around 70%) with very little of the other ingredients (30%). The Chips Queso Blanco also left much to be desired, as the cup was only half filled with queso and the chips tasted slightly stale.

we ordered a queen and we have the box without eating. the sides were there, but not the actual queen. very disappointed. that was my dinner. I had no other food in the house when I just came back from a long business trip, not to mention that they forget the mais in the Burrito shell of my wife. don't come here.
Salt salt salt salt I guess they're putting more salt in the food to preserve it but my food is normally doused in salt. The chips are always stale and weird tasting. It's sad because this location used to be great a few years ago. Salt!
very cheap on the portions in westfield. I always had to ask for more on everything and I ordered 3 dishes. everything while I got a little job. jumpfield and union give good portions for the money they spend.
Every time we order from this place, there's always something missing from the kids' taco meals. Today, the box only had chicken, cheese, and rice, with no tacos. My 9-year-old is disappointed.
