Horrendous experience at this chipotle. I placed an order for 12:40. Showed up on time to pick up the order. Stood for 20 minutes while no one helped me. I finally asked someone if there was an order for my name. They told me they already made it and someone picked it up. I explained to them I did not pick up the food as I was the one that placed the order. I then asked if they could just remake the food and I will happily wait. They proceeded to tell me it was my fault the food was stolen and I needed to leave the restaurant. it's really disgusting how a worker spoke to me there. I went to pick up my online order and it wasn't on the rule. the woman asked me my name and I told her and she was like “good there is no order here for you” and I showed her my phone where it was picking up and time said, and she looks at me and goes “good it is not here” and I said to her “I paid for it and it is at this place. and she rolls her eyes on me and continues to be incredibly rude. I will never return to this place. this worker should be released immediately. that's not how to talk to someone
It's been 2 days I'm waiting to get an order sent to my Nurses on the oncology unit at Cooperman Barnabas. It's been 2 days of letting my staff down because Chipotle customer service is terrible. It's all handled by a 3rd party and you can not get in direct contact with restaurant. I was promised extra drinks , chips and dips for the inconvenience. Instead I'm stuck with an almost 300 dollar bill , no food and an upset nursing staff.
There's a 70% chance that diners will encounter at least one of the following issues here: 1. The rice and/or beans are undercooked and crunchy. 2. The staff might struggle with understanding orders, leading to confusion that requires you to repeat yourself. 3. You might end up with a poorly prepared chicken dish. On a positive note, the lemonade is fantastic. Overall, I'd rate it 2.5 out of 5 stars – quite average.

One of my daughter's favorite spots, and it’s quite enjoyable. The service is quick and straightforward. What I really want to highlight is not just how tasty the food is, but the consistency of the service; this place delivers that consistently. I give it 4 stars because, while the food is good, I find it a bit pricey, which is why we only go one or two times a month.
Absolutely disappointing! I placed a large order for delivery online, and they got everything wrong. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since we all make mistakes. So, I reordered the exact same items, but once again, they messed it up completely! Save your time and avoid this place. It really should be closed down.
I had a chance to try a bowl from this Chipotle for a friend, and it was outstanding. It looked so good that it could have been a commercial! My friend really enjoyed their meal. Chipotle has definitely won me over again, but I’ll only be back if I'm nearby. I just wish I had taken some pictures. Food: 5/5.
I wish I could leave 0 stars. I literally went there today for lunch. Got the order wrong multiple times. The beans weren't fully cooked and the meat tasted like a salt rock, threw it right in the trash! Worst Chipotle I've ever had.I'll just troop it to Bloomfield if I crave Chipotle again.

First time ordering at this place and ordered pick up through the website. A lot of extra paid toppings were missing. Toppings were added in that weren't ordered. The burrito was the size of my fist. Quality of this food sucks. Don't waste your time or money go somewhere else!!!!
This location rarely has all the menu items everyday. Today they had no vegetables. Yesterday they were out of white rice. They can't ever keep upFood: 3/5
