I ordered the chicken bowl and was really disappointed. The portion size was small, with just a little of everything except for rice and beans, and there was hardly any meat. Unfortunately, the meal just didn’t taste good—something seemed spoiled or sour. I asked for a second opinion from someone else without sharing my thoughts first, and they also said something tasted off. So, I ended up throwing it out. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and there wasn't a long wait. However, given my experience, this was my first visit and will likely be my last.
The customer service was outstanding. The food seemed fresher than usual. Even though there was a long line, it moved quickly. The staff was very helpful and well-informed. There was a fundraiser for my son's school that caused it to be crowded, but they handled the crowd efficiently. The food was delicious; I’ve experienced burnt flavors on previous visits, but not this time. Neither the chicken nor the vegetables had that charred taste.

I've ordered from this Chipotle more than 20 times, as it's the only one that delivers to my house. Unfortunately, I've only had my order correct about 3 times out of those 20. They often forget items like chips, dips, and even entire bowls, which is truly astonishing. Chipotle doesn't seem to do anything to rectify the situation, so I'm finished with this location. It's honestly the worst experience I've had.
The customer service was excellent. The food looked incredibly fresh. Although there was a long line, it moved quickly. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. My son's school held a fundraiser there, and despite the crowd, they managed everything well. The food was good; sometimes when I go, it has a scorched taste, but this time everything tasted great, whether it was the chicken or the vegetables.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and would advise you to save your money and time. I visited just before closing, and when I was leaving, I noticed something was off with my food. The staff were laughing, and when I asked for a refund, they insisted there were no refunds and shut down the register. I will never return to this location due to their poor customer service.

The two most beautiful staff members welcomed me as soon as I entered, both wishing me a good day with bright smiles. The burrito I had was perfect. I should have asked for their names!
