Chipotle Mexican Grill

I visited here for lunch after the online order. I came to find the place that slammed and my order was a little past the promised time, but it was fantastic! I recently visited Olive Boulevard and have the most disappointing Burrito I've ever got from a Chipotle, but not from this place. I got exactly what I ordered and it was fantastic! This crew (even if you have difficulty keeping with the door lines) still makes the effort to get your order right as you expect. I was very impressed by the quality and tilted the crew calmly while they were busy to handle the long line. If I urge a Burrito, this will be the place I return to!

Hot! Granted it was hot outside, but this place was hot inside. The staff were friendly though. The food was good, however, the portions have been reduced for the same price. I understand the issues with inflation, b I think I'd rather pay a little more and get the portions they used to serve. I've had food delivered from this particular restaurant and I don't recommend it. I've never gotten 100% correct order in years. Not bad enough to stop eating here, but disappointing. Lunchtime deliveries, from here to work, in Maryland Heights, were great. To my home, right down the street, not so good.

I don't even know where to start I had ordered 3 bowls and on the 3rd one it was a little ridiculous my bowl only contained white rice and chicken so I proceeded to ask for extra cheese and instead I got an eye roll it is beyond ridiculous at this location constantly employs act like they don't want to be there are thousands of jobs up there out there so go find one where you don't have to roll your eyes at the customer. ...what happend to good customer service??

It was good value since I was able to redeem birthday chips and guacamole. However, online order for 11:50 pick up, was not ready at noon. Once they finally located the order, it was missing chips and guacamole. All got resolved, but Chipotle crew really don?t show they are interested in helping customers

Chipotle's just good. Your concept is excellent, as good or bad is always a matter of execution. 5 stars because the execution corresponded to the strength of the concept. I enjoyed my meal. Great job people.
