Chipotle Mexican Grill

Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews for this Chipotle I have been ordering online for in store pickup since mid 2020, so close to 3 years now. I typically order once every few weeks, mostly bowls or salads but sometimes a burrito, protein varies based on my mood. I have never had a problem, not once. I typically order for lunch between 12 1, and my order is always ready and waiting for me on the pickup shelf. And the portions are just as good as if I placed my order in store, perfect portions! No skimpy orders, in fact sometimes my bowls are full to the brim. I'll never wait in line again! Pickup is the way to go.

I have never had a particularly bad experience with the food at this location. It is exactly what you would expect from a chipotle, my only complaint would be sometimes the chips are a little stale. The service is hit or miss depending on who is working, I will say the vast majority of the time it is great and I am in and out very quickly. Also this location very rarely has a line more than 2 people long which is nice.

This is the worst Chipotle. Staff doesn't seem to care about the quality of food or service. No beans in the burrito bowl, barbacoa beef was like a big chunk of meet not shredded or even able to be shredded. Just gross. I would recommend going to another location.

Usually i like to eat at chipotle. But chipotle in whitpain a bit different. This is first time i ate in this place. Salad that they serve not as fresh as the other place.Food: 3/5

Got charged 21 dollars for a bowl with extra steak. No cheese no guac. Service is terrible.Food: 3/5
