Chipotle Mexican Grill

I'll never order from here online again. Every time it's wrong. And you can't even get it fixed by the restaurant. You cannot speak to anyone over the phone. I am stuck at work and can't get my $20 burrito bowl fixed. I ordered double sofritas and did no receive. I asked for light rice and extra black beans and extra salsa and did not receive it that way. I also ordered chips and they were stale. If you don't watch them make it, it's not going to be right. I feel like I got totally ripped off.

Pretty inexusable food quality issues. My wife's burrito bowl had a whole Lady Bug in it (stopped eating it immediately), but even after she had stopped eating it, she got food poisoning. Not really sure how you can justify serving that to people.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of food lately. Meats have been undercooked nor do they have anything in stock. Ever since Julian left this place it has slowly gone down hill. Wish they could bring the spice and flare back to this location!

The old lady was not friendly and doesn?t listen at all. Horrible experience Top on that, my chicken bowl was 300 gram less than my husband?s chicken bowl. That is a huge difference. Felt unfairness.

This one one of the better Chipotle I've been to. Staff is always friendly. They don't try to skimp on servings. Online orders are usually perfect.
