Very disappointed by how they treat their customer. I spent $25 and finished my burrito there and decided to claim my reward: a fountain drink. The elder woman cashier there lied in front of me said I have to spend $5 without knowing their own restaurant chain rule. I didn’t want to argue with her and just ordered successfully on their app with my reward points without having to spend the $5 as what she lied! When I filled up the drink, she came to me with an insulting impression: what are you doing! It then triggers the whole argument. I am not that type of person that know how to argue but I felt insulted by how they lied and treated customers unfairly. The manager also back up the cashier...
This is absolutely the worst Chipotle in a 50 mile radius. I used to eat here regularly prior to moving out of town in 2015. When I came back in 2020 this place has not once managed to get my online pick up order correct despite there being a ticket with line by line of items to be used. They either always forget the guacamole or simply put barely enough on. It's disappointing to continue to try to eat Chipotle only to have employees not pay any attention to the order details. You literally have 1 job. Tonight after returning and asking them to remake my order since it was missing 3 ingredients (including guac) 2 people remade it together only to close the bowl without any guacamole. I liter...
I visited this location on 4/17/23 around 5:30 and it was a major improvement since the last time I was here! This was the cleanest I have ever seen a Chipotle. The workers were all friendly, and fast. They took care of things they had to do but also took care of customers. For example, someone was taking temperatures of the food. Also, the portions she gave me were a great size. I was impressed. Best of all tables were clean. Amazing workers. Last time I was here about a year ago, the floor and tables were trashed, pretty much only one worker was serious and doing a good job and the rest were being crazy (it seemed like they hired an entire fraternity). Major improvement since then.
I usually don't write about fast-food places, but the staff at this Chipotle truly brightened my day! They were lively and ensured that everyone was served quickly and efficiently. It was clear they were enjoying their work and engaging with customers! I want to give a special mention to Maddie, Sergio, Sathy, and Genesis for making my experience so enjoyable. The food was delicious and exactly what we needed before attending a wedding in Jersey on a sweltering 95-degree day. Thank you all!

Sign says they close at 10. I went in at 9 o’clock. I was ignored for five minutes while they continue cleaning. Missing most of the ingredients for the bowl including rice and lettuce because they didn’t want to put more out, when I went over to look at it it’s because they removed all the nozzles and already cleaned it. Yet they charged the full price. I am so sick and tired of the mentality of fast food. Employees, these days. Change your hours if you aren’t going to serve to that time.
This place is horrible, I ordered a quesadilla and it came in a regular bowl instead of the quesadilla packaging and I ordered 3 sides and only got a small cup of rice and no beans and no vinaigrette sauce. And a quesadilla cut into 2 pieces as it’s supposed to be 3 or more. This is the worse chipotle I have ever went to
Today, I ordered food from Chipotle in Rockaway, and unfortunately, I found a hair in my meal. It was really unappetizing. I've always ordered from this location, and this is the first time I've experienced something like this. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE -10 STARS I WOULD. THIS CHIPOTLE IS A DISGRACE TO THE CHIPOTLE COMMUNITY. I FOUND A PIECE OF ACRYLIC NAIL IN MY FOOD!!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS AND THIS CHIPOTLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!

I would have to say one of the cleanest and best maintained Chipotle's I have been at in years. Friendly staff , great food , and clean bathrooms . Compliments to the management
