I can?t wrap my head around what just took place at this Chipotle. I go in as usual to buy a quesadilla meal and a flour barbacoa taco and what Happens next is unbelievable- they made me upload the app in order to buy my quesadilla, on top of this I asked for a guacamole and I get a whole half of a hard avocado and I get a cold barbacoa taco, not joke, cold meat and hard. I?m so upset, I have to small kids in the car waiting for me and it literally took them from start to finish about 35 mins for my order to be made and I get home to sit and eat, to my surprise all that I asked for was either cold, hard, not processed properly leaving me with out dinner due to it closing 30mins later. I will...
I literally had a shorter trip to the DMV this morning than trying to pick up a mobile order here. After sitting there for 25 minutes watching 30-40 people come in and order at the counter and leave with their food, you'd think they'd just let me do the same so I could leave too. Nope, that just wouldn't make much sense, I guess. My advice when going here: do NOT order ahead. Do NOT order at the counter. Go to Raising Cane's next door.
this place is very close to where I live so I go often... I've had issues before, but today was the last time I will ever go in again. I bit into a close to raw piece of chicken. The sour cream was still frozen and lumpy... I won't even mention how dirty the counters were. Never again at this location, I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes.
Under-fried chips, constantly missing sides from a quesadilla meal and bowls, excessively burnt chicken, this location constantly does this every time we order. It?s a constant game with them to see if there?s a missing side every time I go. Waste of my time and money, and it?s ridiculous that it keeps happening. Go to a different location.
