Rudest customer service I have ever imagined. I went, placed my order .. paid and left. I live about 20 minutes from this location when I get home, I realized I paid for a large chip.. that wasn’t there. So I kindly call the store explaining my dilemma the young lady immediately starts to interrogate me pushing me to believe she thought I was lying trying to get free food. So I responded to all her questions time, order number, server etc . She says I can come with the receipt and pick up the chips.. as I reply that I live farther than I would have hoped … so she offers me a refund for the missing chips as I politely accept. This was my favorite Chipotle for years but lately the quality has been beyond unacceptable. Multiple times they've screwed up orders, forgotten items when ordered online or neglected to inform customers they were out of items. Laughing at customers behind the counter when they come back with dinners that were incomplete. Not remaking orders they screwed up. Tiny portions. Its just not worth coming here anymore, not for the amount of money they charge.

This business has moved to 500 w. North Ave. Melrose Park IL this business customer is subpar and the manager there Ms. Herrera is a very rude person. I mistakenly ordered two burritos instead of my usual two burrito bowls and the manager refused to remake my food or even try and rectify the situation so I asked for a refund she refused that as well. Please never patronize this business the food is always under cooked and the staff attitudes stink

Usually chipotle at 9:30 at night sucks because the food is the last left for the night and sometimes they don't have any ingredients or have old stuff from hours before but this time I was impressed, this was the BEST chicken bowl I've had from chipotle and I worked at a chipotle myself. The service was quick and the employees were attentive. It was so good I ate the whole thing and usually I have leftovers but this time I didn't. Réservez une table maintenant

This chipotle is horrible! Every time we order this our orders are wrong. Food is not up to par. It's as if the people that work there social life is more important than the quality of the food they are serving. Management needs to step up. Ever since they moved to the new location this place has went down hill

I usually come to chipotle in between classes and get a chipotle bowl and order a large bag of chips… these were my chips yesterday. They thought my order was to go and that’s why they tried to give me broken chips and call it a day. Try again Chipotle.

Worse Chipotle ever. I've had orders with wrong ingredients, don't know how, especially if ordered thru the app. Last visit, they gave me dark rotten guacamole and a bug to enjoy my meal. I would rather leave 0 stars.

Horrible experience/ service. I paid 6 dollars for the guac and found Avocado skin within my gauc. Highly disappointed. Don't go to this location. They don't care about the quality of the product they're putting out. Réservez une table maintenant
