This place is so incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes you go in and the staff is incredibly polite, other times you go in and they just seem like they absolutely hate life. The food is usually pretty good and on point minus the gauc the last 10 times I have gone in taste nothing like Chipotle staple gauc. The chips are constantly very poor quality and looks like some was told they had 5 minutes to make enough chips to last the whole day and don't use too much salt and lime or you are fired. Either way I continue to go in hopes they get better management to care about quality just a little more. I have seen all of the posts and memes going around about dwindling Chipotle serving sizes, but for years now I have gotten Chipotle exclusively from the Avon location and hadn't noticed any change. Today I got Chipotle from this North Ridgeville location, and am extremely disappointed. I paid $14 for a double serving of meat and I received less than I typically get for one serving of meat at Avon. My bowl wasn't even half filled by the end. Meanwhile, the employees were openly complaining about work and were not friendly. I will never patronize this location again.
This was our first time at this chipotle and it was after a short road trip to Great Wolf Lodge. It wasn't very busy around 6:30ish when we got there, but the food was fresh and the service was great. I didn't wait in line too long and the portions were really good. I don't live in this area, but where I do, they're pretty skimpy. North Ridgeville is about a 25 minute drive from my home but if the food is always like this, I'll drive out this way for it! We also had to stop and use the restroom for my toddler and I was pleased that it wasn't gross and trashed.
Ordered chicken burrito half the chicken fell off the spoon few pieces landed in burrito asked for a little more on it charged me double meat. Asked for a cup of hot sauce then they put a big spoon full on the burrito. Got an attitude because they had to double wrap it. Chips taste like eating cardboard. Past few times going there just bad experience and mistakes on the charges. I’d avoid going to this location and try other ones out in the area. Réservez une table maintenant
Went into this Chipotle tonight for a quick bite. The inside and outside eating areas were dirty, most if not every table had not been cleaned or wiped down. The area around the soda dispenser had not been cleaned. Several of the employees were chatting in back and not servicing customers or cleaning. This Chipotle was one of the dirtiest ones that my wife and I have visited very disappointing experience…
This is the first time in almost a year I’ve had good chipotle from this location AND you guys were actually nice to me instead of treating me like an inconvenience for coming here- to the staff working today you all are wonderful people and the food was absolutely the best I’ve had in about a year! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE KEEP THIS MOMENTUM!!! Make this the best chipotle around again! THANK YOU GUYS
for 10 years I’ve gone to chipotle asking for plain rice with no cilantro never have I ever been told that they don’t carry plain white rice. Ask how you make the rice that you have with cilantro don’t you just add it cause I know you don’t mix it we don’t plain white rice OK
