Next, the girl making the burritos and bowls had a sour expression on her face the entire time and showed no customer service skills. I could see she was overwhelmed, repeatedly asking her coworkers for help while they just stood by and watched her struggle. The cashier also just waited for her to finish making our burritos instead of stepping in to assist. Meanwhile, the cook was banging pots around and looked like he absolutely hated his job. I get it, we all have our frustrations, but it would have been nice if he had helped out instead of adding to the stress. To make matters worse, there was hardly any food available; the trays were nearly empty. My brothers couldn’t even get vegetable...

The service is terrible. On one occasion I paid for my order in cash. After the register was closed and I asked where my change (coins) was the woman responded that they don't give change. Who has ever heard of this? They think it's ok to keep money that doesn't belong to them? Now it wasn't 2 cents it was over seventy-five cents. Today I went in and ordered a large cheese quesadilla I was told they could only make it if I ordered it on the app because it just takes too long. Seriously? I walked out. I can't understand how they can make a small quesadilla but not a large one. Never going back.

Friday June 16, 2023 at Chipotle on Commack RD. Commack NY 630pm. Male server very Rude kept saying in a yelling tone next next ignoring me very stingy with the food. Trays of food empty. A fresh batch of onions peppers finally came out he puts it in with the old ones instead of changing trays out. Then he was throwing the sides to the cashier.Very unprofessional. Also my wife I were the only ones in the store still he kept Rushing us yelling out next next. We will not be going back to this location. Unsanitary conditions

I went in to place a large lunch order for 20 people, with the expectation that it would be ready by noon. I arrived early at 10:38, but was informed that I couldn't be helped until 10:45. No worries, I decided to go next door to Chick-fil-A instead, where I placed an order totaling $639.73. They were more than happy to assist me. (Shrug) Réservez une table maintenant

Serving sizes are getting smaller and smaller, and whenever I seem to go, everything is empty and I’m getting whatever is scraped up from the bottom of the containers. I will be looking for a new Chipotle location.

I visited during the busy lunchtime and found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and efficient. I ordered a burrito, and the ingredients were fresh and absolutely delicious!
