Our family would order at this location since the kids like the food and it’s easy as a busy family. We’ve finally had it and will no longer go to this location. The staff is extremely rude, 0 customer service and the food is just not prepared properly. Either super spicy or salty, can’t get orders correct (ordered a meal and they added no meat, just rice and pico???? and we’ve just had it. 3-4 times this has happened. Spoke to a ‘manager’ and obviously falls on deaf ears. Recommendation is just NOT GOING. We’ve had it…. New leadership, new processes, and significant training needed, or just close the location.
Congrats on making the worst Chipotle ever! As if it's really that hard to throw pre portioned food into a burrito!! This location should be shut down. The portions are whack and the food is inedible. I've tried giving this location multiple chances but save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Couldn't even eat my meal as they put some unknown substance in my burrito. Wouldn't be surprised if I got food poisoning tonight. This location needs to get rid of everyone and rehire because wow. Do better it really is not that hard!!
They claim to open at 10:45, but when I arrived, all the employees were sitting at the tables, eating and using their phones. They seemed completely unconcerned while some of us only have 30 minutes for lunch. It was extremely disappointing. I definitely won't be coming back to this place.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY1. Rice is never cooked2. The portions are so small they like they act like it comes out of their check3. Their steak is undercooked 50% of the time

The service was incredibly slow. There was only one person attending to customers while the others were chatting and cleaning, despite there being eight guests present.
This place is the DMV of food. The spoons are supposed to help with the portioning but maybe company policy changed over the years
The staff always puts in their best effort for the customers, and sometimes they work with incredible speed and energy!
Very very slow. Only one person working with customers. Others chatting and doing cleaning while 8 people were in line

Fast quality texmex. Chipotle is always a great choice. It's fresh and good.
