Extremely poor customer service. My partner and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to order our lunch. They were not at all busy, with only 2 customers seated outside. The older man working behind the counter completely ignored us for 5 minutes. He later told us that another employee would be taking our order. We waited until the other employee got to the counter who then proceeded to tell us that they are only taking cash. I’m glad we didn’t waste our money after reading the numerous bad reviews.
I checked our order with the server as he handed us the bag, and everything seemed to be there. However, when we got home and opened the bag, we discovered that an item was missing. I had to run back in the rain, only to be told by the staff member that he had accidentally given our order to someone else. To top it off, a doctor advised against eating the fish and chips.
We ordered a Chicken Pad Thai and a chicken curry, and both dishes were outstanding. The food was served quickly, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The trendy modern Asian ambiance added to the overall experience.
