Very bad customer service, super rude employee name Katia or that's the name they gave me she does not even know what customer service is. The guy that said he was the manager was nice but if you work in a place like this customer service should be upyour priority instead of rolling your eyes to a customer and asking another employee to come finish the order you were notcapable of doing. Also if you don't know how to get orders on the drive thru then I guess you should stick to doing somethingelse. First I had to wait for her until she was ready to take my order then she wasn't capable of doing it right and after allget mad because she couldn't do her job. Lame service..
I bought a combo which is included a soda. The cashier asked me for what kind of soda I want, then he automatically added to my order one more soda for $2.49. I saw the reciept and asked for cancel the extra, he just turn away and said I already paid forit . He even didn 't care about my request, then he gave me two sodas. I knew it 's not much, but $2.46 for a cup of soda whichis sold like this, multiple many times will be a great profit. May be I got a bad luck, just be more carefull when you orderhere.

This location unexpectedly stands out compared to many others in LA County. My order was ready in no time, and everything was flavorful without the excessive grease found in other Church's locations. Plus, their chicken strips had a greater meat-to-breading ratio, which was a refreshing change from my previous experiences.
I had a quick drive-in experience at the restaurant. The chicken was served promptly, and I even received a complimentary bourbon chicken, which I found quite enjoyable, even though I can't compare it to anything else. The fries were also delicious.
Food is awesome but if you plan on ordering out! Expect delays regardless! And the guy in charge and i quote ? anywhere you go you have to wait? after i explained i ordered ahead of time. It is not my fault the location is understaffed!
They have had different specials going on lately that catch my eye. I have tried different things every time and love their food. The employees are super nice and polite.Great place to stop for chicken.
